Big thanks to everyone who was able to make it out to the bowling alley Saturday night to support the Special Olympics. One thing I know for sure, CrossFit Heights brings it inside and outside of the gym! There was a little bit of everything going on Saturday night... from a rather large man in an unusual yellow hat to a shirtless strike, an eating competition, and an ace in the hole bowler with a 284 game. I guess a night out with CrossFit Heights is somewhat like a box of chocolates, you just never know what you might get.
