Jen is one of our newest members and shows not only great intensity but also great commitment to CrossFit. She has over a 45 minute commute to CrossFit Heights but that doesn't stop her from making it three days a week. If she can make it in, none of us have any excuses. As Many Rounds As Possible in 8 minutes of:
1 Pullup, 1 Pushup, 1 Squat -1st round
2 Pullups, 2 Pushups, 2 Squats -2nd round
3 Pullups, 3 Pushups, 3 Squats -3rd round
and so on...building a rep onto each round, completing as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes. No Bands, if you can't do normal pullups do jumping pullups
