Lately I have been really impressed with the women at CrossFit heights. Many of them are making an effort to use heavier weight during their WOD's. Here Mindi is completing her workout which consists of over 40 deadlifts using 155 lbs. Mindi knows that she will never get the results she wants without putting in the work, and the results are showing, awesome job Mindi!
