After taking a few months off from CrossFit, Randy has been back at it full force for the past several weeks. It took his body a couple weeks to get adjusted to doing CrossFit workouts again, but now he is back up to full speed. It is great to see him in the gym giving it everything he has, your a great example to all of us. Keep it up!
