Colette is working hard to get ready for April's Level One Certification. She is a true insperation to both the kids and I. She not only works her but off as a mother and wife she is truly dedicated to fittness. She not only does CrossFit five days a week she also runs four miles every morning. Great job Colette, I would say keep it up but I already know you will.
