Ryan has decided to take Rowing to a all new level for CrossFit Heights. In less then 24 hours Ryan rowed over 15,000 meters. There are several of us all going on a cruise this June and I think he's just trying to make sure he looks good in his speedo. LOL! Keep it up Ryan. Alison will be beating the women off of you.
