Stephanie has been hitting the CrossFit heights gym hard preparing for her certification in April. Over the last few months it has been great to see Steph make great strides in her strength and fitness. She has been staying late to work on her lifts or helping out with busy classes. I am excited to see her develop into a great trainer and CrossFitter.
