I've always said CrossFit Heights is much more then just a place to work out but I never thought it would turn into a dance club. Steph and Shawn thought otherwise and figured what better way to warm up before a WOD then braking it down a little bit. I would prefer a couple hundered burpee's myself but that's more for the benefit of not having people watching me dance. I think Randy is thinking thay are both nuts.....
