Weightlfiting is not always about who can pull the bar the highest, sometimes it's who can get the lowest. Believe it or not, this 85Kg (187lb.) lift was actually made. Mobility and flexibility are essential to good lifts, good fitness, and good health in general. It is important that we when are working on mobility that you approach it with the same intensity and focus you do your WODS.
