Warm Up / Mobility: Trainer Choice

Strength: Squat Clean

    2 Cleans every 90 seconds for 10 rounds.   Work up to a heavy double by round 7 and use same wt for last 3 rounds.

WOD

3 Rounds:
7 Ring Muscle-Ups
50 Air Squats
10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)

*Sub 14 C2B or pull ups for Mu's

*Record time
