Warm Up / Mobility:  10 Band pull aparts, 10 jumping jacks, 5 burpees (2 rounds) 

Strength:  Bench Press 5 x 2

     Same weight for all 5 sets

WOD  

30 Min EMOTM

     8 HSPU

     5 Power Snatches (135/95)

     15 Wall Balls (20/14)

     12 Pull Ups

     5 Clean n Jerk (135/95)

     30 Double Unders

*E/C 165/105 and C2B Pullups

*Min 0-1 complete HSPU, Min 1-2 P. Snatch, Min 2-3 WB, Min 3-4 Pullups, Min 4-5 C+J, Min 5-6 DU.  Continue to rotate for remainder of 30 min (5 full rounds)  Rest with remaining time of each 60 seconds.
