Warm Up / Mobility: As a group

EMOM for 6 min 5 burpee + 10 jumping lunges

Strength: Clean & Jerk

EMOM for 10 min 1 clean & jerk @ 80%



10 Rounds for time:

30 Double Unders

5 TnG Power Cleans (155m/105w)

*Rest 30 secs after each round

*Complete 5 burpee over bar if you break on the clean and jerk


Extra Credit

5 x 5 strict chin ups with a 5 second negative.  If you are unable to do a negative hold your chin over the bar for 5 seconds.  You may come off the bar after each negative or hold.
