Warm Up / Mobility: As a group

Every 90 seconds for 4 rounds

1 Round of Cindy (5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 air squats)

Strength:  Strict Press

5x3, work up to a heavy triple, then drop to 50% for max reps

WOD

Every 3 min for 30 min (10 Rounds)

   5 Deadlifts (225/155)

   10 Situps

   15 Wall Balls

   20 Double Unders (50 Singles)

*If you fail to complete all required work under 2 min, rest one round then changes reps to 4-8-12
