-10 Box Jumps

C) 10 Min AMRAP

Max Cal Bike

-12 Dmbl C+J (50/35)

-10 Goblet Squat 

D) 10 Min AMRAP

Max Double unders

-12 Sit Ups

-10 Burpee

*Person 1 completes max cal/du, Person 2 completes 12 and 10 reps, Person 3 rests.   After Person 2 does 12 and 10 reps they will rest, Person 3 who was resting will begin max cals/du and person 1 will move to complete 12/10 reps.

*1 min rest between AMRAPs 

*Record total rounds completed and Max Cal/DU for each AMRAP
