Min. 31 Complete 6 Pullups, 11 Pushups, and 16 Air Squats. Continue to add one rep to each movement each minute until you are unable to finish the round under 60 seconds.
If you fail before 30 min, take 1 min off and continue 4, 8, 12. If you fail again take a min off and continue 3,6,9
