 Warm Up / Mobility: 3 rounds, 20 step back lunges + 20 rows + 20ft hs Walk or 5 hspu

*use dumbbells or KBs

 

Strength: Jerk

*work up to a heavy single for the day (split or push) 

WOD

For Time:

5k Assault Bike

EMOM burpees:  start with 1 burpee then add 1 burpee every min until you complete the 5k or can no longer complete the given number of burpees for that min.   (The workout starts on the bike)

 *Record total meters if you do not finish the 5k
